OTHER SPECIFICATIONS : · CONSTRUCTION :- leak proof, inner chamber is made of thick plate of non magnetic stainless steel and jacket is made of Rolled steel. Sterilizer is having double door made of Rolled steel lines with stainless steel sheet on both side. The steam jacket is having lined on the outer side with asbestos sheet of glass which prevent heat losses due to radiation and is covered by strong rolled sheet duly painted. · BOILER :- made of thick stainless steel plate element can be easily replaced/repair supplied with water gauge glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valve and also having magnetic floating type low water level cutoff device and steam pressure gauze. · SAFETY LOCK FOR DOOR :- autoclave is having self locking door which can not be open when chamber is under pressure. · PRESSURE CONTROL :- it is having electrically operated pressure control device. · OTHER:- A Dial thermometer is provided to show the tempreture of chamber, automatic vacuum breaker, sterilizing tempreture : 121 °C, sterilizing pressure 1.2 to 1.5 kg/cm2 ( 15 psi to 22psi), supplied with Thermograph (electronic digital type)for temperature recording , loading carriage, and trolley.
